For Strategic Partnership Agreements (SPAs), it is recommended to use a parent-child activity hierarchy as described for programme funding.

  • Level 1 (parent activity) - this is the MFA agreement itself, containing narrative information about the nature and purpose of the organisation’s SPA.

  • Level 2 (child activity) - the activities funded by the organistion as part of their SPA. These should be linked back to the parent activity, and include any contributions from third parties.
